Hreinn Friðfinnsson’s (b. 1943) work is a poetic and philosophical exploration of every day human experience.

Transcending the mundane materials of which they are made, his simple, almost ethereal pieces paradoxically evoke the strongest of emotions.

“The House Project” currently on display in Hafnarborg is a new work by Hreinn consisting of a photography series of the three houses exhibited in Hafnarborg for the first time.

On display until August 19.
