The northern lights are not visible at the moment in Iceland because of the midnight sun. You can see them again at the end of August.
Luckily, there’s Aurora Reykjavík!
Aurora Reykjavík allows you to experience the northern lights year-round. Here, the northern lights are always active and visible. The centre offers information, education, and stunning visuals of this amazing natural phenomenon.
Aurora Reykjavík is open from 11:00 to 17:00, Tuesday to Saturday. They’re located in the Grandi area.
